With the growing success of the Reflections on Management podcast, part of the Talking About Organizations Network, we invited host Tom Galvin to provide an update on big changes coming to the program and website for the fall 2020 season!

Reflections now has over 40 episodes of content related to or inspired by the classics of organization theory and management science covered in this program but with more of a practitioner focus, drawing from Tom’s long career as a military officer and subsequent duties in professional education. His 15-20 minutes monologues address practical matters in areas of organizational change, culture, and communication; education; learning; leadership (especially at executive levels); and social change — discussing real-world problems and possible real-world ideas and solutions.

With his “fifth” season beginning soon, Tom is providing a quick summary of key changes in the program which includes closer linkages between episodes of both Reflections and TAOP. The first episode in the new season will be released on the 25th of August.
